A superb quality Ladies Civil War/Victorian day dress in UK size 14-18 (US size 12-16). Made from a dark blue two-tone taffeta. The costume consists of:

SKIRT - Length approx. 44" and the hemline has a sweep of approx. 180". It is gathered onto a fixed waistband, which when ungathered measures approx. 60" which makes it suitable for most sizes (will be made larger for the largest sizes), and has a drawstring for fine adjustment. The skirt is displayed over a 6-hoop petticoat which is not available for sale. We do, however, stock a 3-hoop petticoat in our eBay shop. A 6-hoop petticoat can be made to order and listed on eBay.

BLOUSE - The blouse is made from dark blue two-tone taffeta. The neckline has a gathered frill trimmed with black guipure lace.

SASH - Made from black satin, the sash is approx. 160" long and ties in a large bow at the back.
When complete, the full costume has the look and effect of a dress.
