CITIZEN Attessa

There are no scratches on the glass, but there are other scratches on the band.

I bought it here.
When it arrived it was working normally, but it stopped before it was used, and although it was charging and running, it doesn't seem to be receiving radio waves properly. There is no manual or anything like that.

What do you think about this, who needs parts, or who can repair it?

Eco-Drive Radio
Automatic radio reception from two stations in Japan
Perpetual calendar (date display)
Glass: Sapphire Dome Glass
Waterproof: 10 atm water resistance
Natural light (Natural)
+This is information at the time of purchase.
