Classic little black evening bag draped rayon 1950s vintage ll1528

"Little black bag" is a term I grew up with. If you had nothing else in your dress up wardrobe, the "little black bag" was essential. This bag however predates my youth and perhaps me. It is made of rayon faille that is draped over a stiff inner lining with a fabric covered hinged frame. The clasp is a single lift and click gold knob and the bag has a wrist length gold chain. The lining is flesh colored silky rayon. The bag is stamped Made in USA. This is a vintage bag but has no damage, soil, or other problems. It is 5 x 10 inches. Super find for collectors of vintage bags.
