Good cosmetic condition with some light scratches/scuffs on the body. Few light dents on the top right corners(see picture #2). Lens glass is clear without scratch(but shows light cleaning marks that won't affect image). LCD display window shows some light scratches. Good battery door and clean battery compartment.

Camera has been tested in good working order. Kodak battery still holds good charge but not guaranteed due to the nature of battery life. Camera case has been opened and so waterproof function not tested. under water use at your own risks.
