Pour 1 teaspoon of St. John's wort with 200 ml (ml) of hot boiled water, cover and leave for 30 min (min). Strain, squeeze the residue to a strained decoction. Bring the volume of the decoction to 200 ml (ml) (1 cup) with boiled water. Take 1/3 cup of the decoction 3 times a day 30 min (min) before meals.
