holy cow, did I love this skirt. This was a classic in the noughts, living in low rise glory. I had this skirt specifically tailored to sit low, so I brought in the hips to a 29 waist to be 33". So the skirt is meant to fit 33" hips so I've listed it as a small. Incredible rhinestone jewel detailing and the perfect amount of distress and fray so it looks intentional but doesn't compromise the quality of the skirt. Classic branding throughout the skirt. Made in USA. We ran this town in this skirt, but the 33" hips are no longer on me, so making space and sending this off with all it's glory. !
