Plot Description

Sheriff Ulysses expects his brief eight-week stint in Normal to be a quiet holding pattern until a special election. However, a violent bank robbery interrupts the tranquil pace of the town and exposes a dark, explosive secret. Ulysses quickly realizes the entire municipality—including the corrupt mayor (Henry Winkler) and local syndicate—is anything but its namesake.
