Lens housing has been carefully cleaned and polished in quite good cosmetic condition with some light scuffs/scratches on edges. Lens elements are clear and free of scratches. No haze or fog inside but does show very light internal dust that won't affect image quality.
Tested on Nikon D40. Focusing is fast and accurate.
