Camera and wrist strap only. No battery(takes two AAs), memory card, cable, software, manual or other accessories. S/N KCXKF90300089.
Very good cosmetic condition with some very light scratches/scuffs on the body(most on edges/corners) Lens has been serviced and CCD sensor cleaned. Lens glass is clear and clean, no visible scratch found(light internal dust that won't affect image). Good battery door and clean battery compartment. Wrist strap(black Kodak strap, not pictured) has been washed and cleaned.
Tested in good working order. No performance issue found.

*Notes: Use fresh new AAs. Kodak Recommends KLIC-8000, CR-V3(lithium) or AA(Lithium). You may also consider high capacity NiMH rechargeable AAs.
