Forest Tea from Quebec Canada 15g

Each bag contains 15 gr of Forest Tea, a mix of seven wild plants.

It can be drunk day or night. Delicious as a hot herbal tea

Preparation: Boil 3 min (decoction) one tbsp of roughly crushed leaves for each cup of water. Let stand 2 min max and filtered. Add a little maple syrup or honey as you like.
