Bright mixture with large, 7-9 cm in diameter, unusually colored inflorescences. The flowers are painted in bright colors, passing to the edge in contrasting colors, which gives the whole inflorescence a festive, bright look.
Flowering begins 80-90 days after the emergence of seedlings. It blooms abundantly and for a long time from July until frost.
The bushes are strong, branched, up to 60 cm high, well resisting the effects of rain and wind. Plants are heat-loving, well tolerate drought, prefer sunny places. Used for group and single plantings in flowerbeds, in rabbets. Excellent for cutting, flowers long retain their shape and color in water.
Sowing: on seedlings in April under glass. The depth of seed embedding 0,5 cm. After 3-4 weeks, the seedlings are picked. In the open ground seedlings are planted when the threat of frost has passed. The distance between plants is 30-40 cm. Prefers drained, calcareous, fertilized from autumn with organic fertilizers. Sunny, wind-protected place. In southern regions it is possible to sow directly into the open ground with further thinning.
Care: In prolonged drought requires watering.
