Panadol Menstrual provides fast* and effective relief of period pain and discomforts. It contains Paracetamol which has pain relieving and fever reducing properties, and Pamabrom which acts a diuretic by increasing renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate, thus promoting dieresis. Pamabrom also helps to relieve water retention symptoms of pre-menstrual and menstrual periods.

Dosage:
