This is Pirateer, the Game of Outrageous Fortune from Mendicino Game Company, 1994. It comes complete as shown, with all tokens, the coin, 2 dice, instructions, and game board. The box has some wear from age and normal handling. See pictures for details.
Also, the previous owner somehow managed to get the coin firmly stuck inside one of the pirate ship tokens. I have been unable to extract it safely; and am now leaving it up to the buyer to figure out how to get it out of there without damaging the coin or token.
