Tecnofer Plus 30 mg (gluten‑ and lactose‑free, 20 capsules) is an iron supplement containing the patented FERALGINA® complex (iron bisglycinate + sodium alginate), designed to improve iron absorption while minimizing stomach irritation. It is suitable for adults, including those with gluten or lactose intolerance.

Other ingredients: calcium phosphate, HPMC capsule shell, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, red iron oxide.
No gluten, no lactose, no palm oil.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE
Adults: 1 capsule daily
Take with water, at any time of day
Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
