Bugle Boy Joe's Grill Vintage Varsity-Style Denim Jacket

A unique denim jacket from Bugle Boy, about 1990, in a varsity-style that features "Joe's Grill - Hard Times Specials" in an appliqué on the back and those specials listed below in embroidery. The inside label lists "Bowery luncheon specials - frank beans $1.85, fried clams $1.85 and fish chip $1.85". Inside is lined in a green and yellow check. On the right sleeve is an appliqué "87". Very cute and clever jacket, it was "weathered" when new and after 35 years it has been added to, but still has years of wearing available. Marked size medium, it is a roomy jacket and ready for a new generation.
