Solution is a purified, biocompatible irrigation fluid preserved with hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). It is intended for safe cleansing of wounds, reducing infection risk, and promoting faster healing. The solution is suitable for a wide range of wound types, including surgical, traumatic, and chronic wounds.
Indications for Use
Granudacyn can be used for thorough cleaning and irrigation of:
• Chronic wounds: diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure sores • Acute wounds: cuts, bites, abrasions, lacerations, burst wounds • Surgical wounds: intraoperative and postoperative care • Burns: 1st and 2nd degree burns • Radiation ulcers, fistulas, abscesses • Body cavities: mouth, nose, ears • Critically colonized or infected wounds • Soft tissue injuries
Use
• Use as needed for wound irrigation; frequency depends on wound type and severity.
• Can be applied multiple times daily during dressing changes or wound care procedures.
Directions for Use
• Irrigate the wound thoroughly with Granudacyn solution.
• No rinsing or neutralization is required afterward.
• Suitable for use with negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) systems.
• Do not mix with other wound cleaning products or chemicals.
• For external use only; not for intravenous or intra-arterial administration.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
