CONVATEC DIAMONDS Activated Carbon Sachets are designed to manage liquid output and odor in ostomy pouches, offering greater comfort, discretion, and confidence for individuals with ileostomies or colostomies. Each jar contains 100 single-use sachets that solidify liquid stool and reduce gas buildup using ActiveOne™ Odour Control technology.

Diamonds™ Gelling and Odour Control Sachets are a practical solution for ostomy care, helping to transform liquid output into a soft gel while neutralizing unpleasant odors. This results in a flatter pouch profile, reduced ballooning, and fewer nighttime disruptions due to gas buildup.
Indications for Use
• For individuals with an ileostomy or colostomy with liquid stool output
• Helps manage pouch ballooning and leakage
• Not suitable for use with urostomy (urine) pouches

Recommended Daily Use
Use 1 sachet per pouch change or as needed based on output consistency and odor control requirements.
Directions for Use
• Do not open the sachet
• Place one unopened sachet directly into the empty ostomy pouch before applying it
• The sachet will activate upon contact with liquid output, forming a gel and reducing odor
• Store the jar in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed

Composition
Each sachet contains a proprietary blend of gelling agents and activated carbon granules with silver and copper nanoparticles for odor absorption and antimicrobial action, encapsulated in a water-soluble film.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
