Condition: In Good condition, cloth-covered boards rubbed at extremities, spine slightly cocked. Some recipes marked with blue highlighter, some spotting along text edges. Interior pages are slightly age-toned but otherwise clean and complete.
This book represents a collection of some of the most fondly remembered dishes which have been passed down through many generations of the families of the Heritage Society and its many friends.
You will find truly heirloom recipes, treasures for generations to come, as well as modern adaptations of old family favorites and a few exciting "gourmet" items submitted mostly by the male contributers.
There is also a section that features menus and recipes from the Brent Place farm house restaurant as it was in the late 70s - early 80s.
