- Before you order the service, make sure the camera is not physically broken/damaged(won't power on) or heavy battery leak/corrosion. This service is for camera displaying and recording BLACK images and camera functions normally except that. Please message us and let us know the problems of your camera so that we can evaluate whether it can be repaired.

- Repair service will take 3-5 business days(if we run out of certain parts, it may take a little longer time for us to order it. Will let you know if there is any delay).
- After your camera has been restored, we'll message you and ship out the camera in the shipping method you've chosen. Package will be shipped uninsured($100 covered by USPS Ground Advantage). If you need to have the package insured in the amount over $100, please pay for the insurance.
