How to make a traditional Greek coffee:
Place cold water in pot. Exact amount required.
Put coffee in pot. 1 heaped teaspoon per demitasse cup. If you are having your coffee in a normal cup or mug, put 2 heaped teaspoons of coffee per cup.
Put desired amount of sugar if desired Plain - No sugar, Medium Sweet - 1 teaspoon per cup, Sweet - 1.5 up 2 teaspoons per cup
Stir vigorously until coffee dissolves. Leave to rest for 30 seconds and stir again. This helps create more cream on top.
Stop stirring and wait until coffee reaches boiling point.
As soon as the coffee starts to bubble (Boil), serve into cups. Share the cream between the cups and then top them up with the remaining coffee left in the pot.
