The Ladder part 2 exists in the same world as the first painting of this kind. Featuring the same original so far nameless character. Holding his raining
rainbow. Continuing with a mystical feel. A unique world of extremes and oddities. Discovering the sight sound and touch of what this universe has to offer. Life is experience, this painting is an experience in itself. The perspective changes In this second part to the original. It's as if the original character had walked to the right within the same world. The ladder has shifted to his left, the skull on the edge of part 2 matches up with the skull on the edge of part one. Showing he has not gone far.
This piece also features the same beautiful bubbles and a unicorn skull bleeding rainbow. Instead of a cherry there is a watermelon. I had a lot of fun making a second part to this and it has inspired a new idea for a trilogy painting. Which I will explore another day.
This canvas was painted by Desoray Kencayd, I am a Canadian artist. Starting at a young age I was self taught until I went to college. Where I attended 2D animation school in Vancouver BC Canada. Learning life drawing, landscape and so much more. I have graduated many art classes and am on a constant search for new artistic and creative information and ideas. Overcoming an enormously wild childhood I still live in beautiful British Columbia Canada. Running this small business and coping with multiple illnesses. Art is my happy place, it's the air I breathe.
