This stunning Massive Azimuthal Equidistant Flat Earth Map was created by the Italian cartographer Monte Urbano in 1587 in Milan.
This colorful and very detailed map from 1587 was originally 60 separate map sheets, which have then been assembled into a flat Earth planisphere. more than nine feet by nine feet when fully assembled. It is a great decorative piece, but due to the size reduction, some of the writing is not readable!
