Dicopeg Junior Free e is a medical device in the form of a powder for preparing an oral solution, with an osmotic laxative effect that naturally regulates intestinal function. It is not absorbed and does not ferment in the intestines, does not irritate the mucous membrane and is excreted in the feces unchanged.
Dicopeg Junior Free is especially indicated in the case of chronic constipation and in sporadic cases of irregular bowel function. Thanks to its hydrophilic properties, Dicopeg Junior Free softens the stool, making it easier to defecate without causing cramps, abdominal pain or sudden urgency. The effectiveness of the product does not decrease over time.
Composition
Each sachet contains 5 g of macrogol 3350.
Method of use
It is recommended to use Dicopeg Junior Free in children in accordance with the following rules, unless the doctor recommends otherwise:
From the 6th month up to 2 years of age (up to 12 kg): 1-2 sachets per day
From 2 to 11 years of age (from 12 kg to 20 kg): 2-4 sachets per day
Over 11 years of age (or > 20 kg): 2 -6 sachets a day
Dissolve a sachet (5 g) in approximately 62.5 ml of water or other liquid such as tea, milk, herbal infusions, broth or fruit juices. The daily dose can be taken in several administrations. You can dissolve all sachets for a given day in an appropriate amount of liquid and place the solution in a closed container in the refrigerator for no longer than 24 hours. It is recommended to take DICOPEG JUNIOR FREE long intervals after meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
