All small packages will be sent via Hong Kong post or EMS. All larger orders will be sent visa UPS. This item will initially be shipping from China, so please allow up to two weeks for delivery. B&M, Inc. has a sales agent in China that will handle the customs paperwork and ship directly to your door. In the rare event that a package is stopped by customs this may further delay shipping times. Although we have not listed items shipped from China under this user ID, we have had great results with overseas shipments. In fact the standard time in transit has been less than one week! There are literally tens of thousands of items being shipped directly from buyers agents in China and else where and this has greatly benefited the shipping services. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of uninsured items by the shipping company. All items are opened, tested and personally inspected by our knowledgeable staff for the slightest inprefections. We will not ship out any item that does not meet our strict quality standards.

In the unlikely event this item is out of stock or we find it does not pass our quality inspection, we will inform the customer of the estimated delay. The customer will have the option of waiting for a replacement or terminating the sell with a full and complete refund.
