Type 2: The surcharge consists of three horizontal lines with “CORREOS” at the the top, “98” in the center and the value at the bottom.
*I was informed for this particular OVPT there is a difference in letters color shade that has no record for this particular stamp issue, and should be considered BOGUS FILLER with an UNKNOWN date of OVPT.
