Out of box figure. Figure is okay.... does have some damage. In my opinion it is more manufacturer defects than "human carelessness" defects. There are scuffs on her black uniform and her apron. There is a chip on her apron. On her hair is the worst damage. There is a scuff on top of her head also in front and on the side - there are defects with slight discoloring. Box in okay condition. Top flap does not sit correctly and there is a rip. There is a noticeable crease on the back. Does have wear on corners and edges along with surface scratches.
