Out of box figure. Figure has damage. There is some spots on her face. The hair has damage on the back, top. Looks like is was badly scuffed or scraped - my phone didn't pick this up correctly - it looks worse in person. Also some manufacturer defects in the hair Legs and arms have yellowed in areas. General scratches and scuffs. A couple of light blue marks on her legs. Stand has some scratches. Carboard insert is wavy. It could probably be flattened if someone took the time to do so. Bottom has a crease and 2 indents where I believe when you insert this in the stand - the stand made the indents. Box has damage. Plastic film has come completely unglued. Plastic film does have some indents and scratches on it. Severe wear on corners and edges along with some creasing in various places. Top of box has dirty tape residue.
