Bored with her marriage to burnt out poet turned corporate executive Thierry (Judge Reinhold), Zandalee (Erika Anderson) falls prey to an old friend of her husband, the manipulative and egotistical Johhny (Nicolas Cage) and becomes enmeshed in a sensual, passionate and destructive affair.
