Clean-cut, handsome looking psychiatric patient Daryl Gleeson (Jay Underwood) finds himself hopelessly falling in love with restaurant owner Brooke Daniels (Maryam D'Abo), after having instinctively rescued her little son Mikey from a traffic accident.
