Narum® 200mg 6x30 Lactobacillus Acidophilus Caps (180)
The food supplement Narum® in capsules is used to maintain the composition and biological activity of the normal intestinal microflora in children and adults.

Composition:
Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, capsule shell: gelling agent - gellan gum, glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
One capsule contains no less than 2 x 108 CFU * of live bacteria.
* CFU - Colony Forming Unit - A unit for the formation of bacterial colonies

Recommended daily dose:
- Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2-3 capsules 3 times a day, 15-20 minutes before a meal,
- Children aged 6 to 12: 1 capsule 3 times a day, 15-20 minutes before a meal,
- Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day, 15-20 minutes before a meal.

For optimal effect, it is recommended to take this probiotic for 5-6 weeks.

Directions for use:
The capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with ½ glass of drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in cases of intolerance to dairy products). You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in the drink.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
