20 Seeds Siberian Ginseng Organic {Eleutherococcus senticosus}
To germinate Siberian ginseng seeds, start by scarifying the seeds with a file or sandpaper to help break down the seed coat and encourage water absorption. Soak the seeds in a cup of water for 24 hours. Then, fill a small pot or seed tray with a well-draining seed starting mix, and sow the seeds about 1/4 inch deep. Water gently but thoroughly. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, as Siberian ginseng seeds can be prone to rot. Provide indirect light and maintain a temperature of around 70-75°F (21-24°C) until germination, which can take 1-3 months. Once the seeds have germinated, transfer them to individual pots or a larger container with a well-draining soil mix, and continue to provide bright, indirect light and moderate temperatures.
