Criterio EGO Eau de Toilette Men 100ml Mercadona Fragrance Perfume for Him
This is a perfume sold by a supermarket chain, but its scent is fantastic. I've tried about 20 perfumes sold by supermarket brands and this is the only one I've liked, but I absolutely love it.
The manufacturer doesn't give the aromatic notes, but it seems to me that they are:
- Top: grapefruit, lavender, wood
- Heart: iris, white woods
- Base: Tonka bean, iris, cedar wood, amber
This is the perfect definition of aromatic wood, in fact it could be called Iris Wood, it's a catchy name and portrays an exact image of it, wood scented with iris and amber.
The longevity on the skin is very long, 8-10 hours, although the projection is very short, around 2-3 hours, which is typical of soft and delicate fragrances. The silage is also soft and non-intrusive.
Some people say it vaguely resembles Dior Homme in the opening and Givenchy's Gentleman in the drydown. It bears some resemblance, yes, but it's far from being a clone, in this fragrance the woody scent is very present all the way through. Let's just say they share a style.
