Installation of new battery to your device to power it up;

Download all files in your Flip and make ready for transferring the file(email address required0. If video clips are small sizes, they can be uploaded to Google drive for download. In case the files are too large(over 2GB), you'll need to provide a file transfer platform/site(e.g. Smash).

- Before you order the service, make sure the camera is not physically broken/damaged.

(Write a note and describe the issues or problems with your camera. Ship only the camera, do not include any other accessories. Add tracking when you ship it so that you may track the delivery. Send us the tracking # after shipment made. It is recommended that you write down the serial numbers of your video camera in case you want it back. Return of the device will cost you shipping charges.)

- Recovery service will take 3-5 business days(if we run out of the battery needed for your camera, it may take a little longer time for us to order it. Will let you know if there is any delay).
