I have dry eye syndrome & have tried many different eye drops, without finding a good, long-lasting solution. My optician recommended getting Evotears. They are a game changer because they make my eyes so much more comfortable, without the dry irritated feeling & are long lasting. Not being saline-based, there are no others on the market with this formulation that really help prevent tear evaporation. In the US they’re not sold OTC since a prescription product was released with the same formulation. Unfortunately, the prescription is very expensive. I’m lucky to still be able to find Evotears sold at relatively affordable prices sourced internationally. I hope I continue to be able to buy them, & I stock up when I do because shipping is more expensive now. I highly recommend this product!

I've been using these drops 4 times a day for about a year now and I've seen a great improvement over that time. They are easy enough to use & the bottle is small enough that it fits in a pocket if I'm going to be out for the day.

This is a miraculous product for people with chronic dry eye. It is the exact same thing as Meibo is in the United States. Meibo sells for $500 a one month supply and I can get Evo tears through Express OTC. For $30 month supply

Like the product very much! Especially useful when high viscosity drops/gel/ointment is used first and by quite a while(ie at hs). No irritation at all from the Evo Tears. I do have to be careful using the drops due to low viscosity.

EvoTears Eye Drops are a great product! They are even better than precription Miebo by Bausch & Lomb, which are ridiculously expensive. This product has Omega 3s in it which Miebo doesn't. It's made in Europe and I'm so glad this seller is carrying it!

I had a prescription for this ophthalmic solution under the name Miebo, which my insurance did not cover so it was prohibitively expensive, I found the same ophthalmic solution under the brand name EvoTears on your website at a reasonable price from XpressOTC. I m very happy to have access to this product again!
