Narum Lecitin in the form of capsules serves to maintain the composition and biological activity of normal intestinal microflora in children and adults. The uniqueness of the product lies in the simultaneous production of dry lyophilized actobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine and fresh lyophilized lecithin powder from egg yolks. During the cultivation of bacteria from the strain "Narine", a special natural fresh lecithin powder is used. In this way, a synergistic effect is obtained from both ingredients, and by bringing everything to the form of lactate, the form best available to cells and the body, the bioavailability of lecithin increases several times.

Ingredients:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine,
- Lyophilized lecithin mass from egg yolks,

capsule shell:
- gelling agent: gellan gum,
- glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

The product is recommended:
- as support during and after antibiotic therapy,
- the need to supplement intestinal bacterial flora with Lactobacillus bacteria,
- prolonged stress.

Recommended daily dose:
- Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times daily, 15 - 20 min before meals,
- Children 6 to 12 years of age: 1 capsule times daily, 15-20 min before a meal,
- Children ages 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times daily, 15-200 min before a meal.

Duration of intake:
For optimal effect, it is recommended to take for 5-6 weeks.

Directions for use:
Capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with a small amount of liquid. You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a beverage. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use Narum with lecithin in the case of hypersensitivity to product components. Pregnant and lactating women should consume the product after consultation with a physician.

Storage conditions:
Store in a cool place at a temperature no higher than +10° C out of the reach of small children. During transport it can be stored in the ambient temperature.
