Sonic Adventure 7 spawned Sonic Adventure 8. By 2000, Makon Soft had built an entire lineage of unlicensed Game Boy Sonic bootlegs by recycling, remixing, and re-releasing the same foundational engine — and Sonic Adventure 8 is the latest mutation in that chain. Compared to SA7, SA8 brings a handful of distinct changes: the intro has been redone with a screenshot of Sandopolis Zone, most of the Custom cartridge, plug and play.
