In Greek Mythology, Ganymede was a deified mythical youth, famous for his beauty, from the Troas. He was a prince of Troy, son of King Troos from Dardania and Callirroe, daughter of the river god Scamander.[1] Zeus transformed himself into an eagle and, seizing him, carried him to Olympus, where he gave him immortality and lived eternally there as the cupbearer of the gods. As compensation, Zeus sent Hermes to offer on his behalf to Troas, the father of Ganymede, a pair of horses with galloping feet like the wind and a golden vine, the work of Hephaestus. Handmade brass sculpture, quality guaranteed.Traditionally made using the metal casting method and museum-like oxidation. The products are handmade and it takes 5-7 days for their production.
