for this delicious scarf, I used 2 strands of thick and soft wool blend yarn, one in cream and the other in pine. now I know when you hear "wool" you're thinking scratchy, itchy grandma sweater, but I swear this yarn is so comfortable to wear. it is smooth and soft and nice enough to be worn even in warm weather.
