Usage for: Spinal stenosis, joint pain, muscle ache, sciatica, headache, injuries, dislocations, inflammation, swollen, heavy, tired legs, poor circulation, inhalations during upper respiratory tract infections (rhinitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis, ear lymph).
