Vintage Garlic Press Westmark Biopress Mincer Aluminum Kitchen Tool

This is a nice kitchen tool or gadget that is in very good, preowned condition. It has been used previously so may show signs of cosmetic wear. On this Press however, all the wear is clean normal wear consistent with its age. The Garlic Press/Mincer is fully operational and functions as intended. This Vintage Press is from the late 1960's or early 1970's and was made in West Germany by Westmark. Westmark called this little Aluminum press the "Biopress", that made food preparation easy. It was one of the most compact sized of its time, just under 6" inches in length & barely 1" inch tall & 3/4" inches wide. Due to its slim dimensions it lies compactly in one's hand & easily stores away in the kitchen drawer when work is done. The Biopress quickly & easily creates fine pieces of garlic, onion, ginger, capers & more. This one is still in good enough condition to get years more use out of it, even better for this particular one, put it in your collection or use it in your kitchen decor.
