Cardimap reduces Anxiety, tension and their ill-effects on human physiology, alcoholism and loss of sleep due to anxiety. Ingredients of Cardimap TabletsSarpagandha (Rauwolfia serpentine)Sarpagandha in Ayurveda has been considered a powerful vata shamak (vata pacifying) drug. In high blood pressure without atheromatous changes in the vessels, this drug has been found very satisfactory.Shankhpushpi (Convolvulus pluricautis)Shankhapushpi is a Medhya Rasayan and is claimed to be nutritive for brain, relaxant and anti-convulsive. It brings down levels of anxiety quantitatively besides subjective relief in anxiety neurosis.Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi)Jatamansi further enhances the anti hypertensive and anxiolytic actions of Sarpagandha. The essential oils contained in it have been found to cause pronounced hypotensive activity for several hours. It is also effective in cardiac arrythmias.Pippali (piper longum)Pippali promotes digestive functions and also possesses hepato-protective properties.
