Models Inc. is an American prime time soap opera that aired on Fox during the 1994–95 television season. A spinoff of Melrose Place, it is the third series in the Beverly Hills, 90210 franchise. The series was created by and executive produced by Aaron Spelling and revolves around a Los Angeles modeling agency run by Hillary Michaels (Linda Gray), the mother of Melrose Place's Amanda Woodward (Heather Locklear).

A spin-off of popular drama series "Melrose Place," this series revolves around Hillary Michaels, who runs a modeling agency in Los Angeles (and is the mother of "Melrose Place" character Amanda Woodward). Soap opera antics ensue with murder, sex, betrayal, emotionally disturbed assistants, stalkers, kidnappings, prostitution and commitments to psychiatric hospitals being among the plot points seen on the show.
