The place name Bhojpur, situated in eastern part of Nepal, is most famous only for its Bhojpure khukuris(Kukris). And, this type of khukuri is called Bhojpure khukuri as it is come from Bhojpur. It is slightly bigger and heavier than the standard blade khukuri. There dubble dragon and Temple engraved on the front side of blade and single dragon engraved on next side of blade, mostly people engraved blade as a decoration, collection, Gift. us Sacrificial series of kukris are huge khukuri which is used in religious sacrificial ceremonies in Nepal. Mostly this would be used in late September/early October during the largest festival in Nepal called "Dashain". As we all know that the Festival is celebrated all over world. To celebrate it, every country has their own way be it big or small. In Nepal also it is celebrated in its own way. The biggest festival here is called Dhasain, or win of God over evil. According to Mythology, the evil was killed and his blood were presented to the God of Anger. Following the mythological belief the goat and the Water Buffalo are sacrificed to pleased the God during this Festival. This khukuri (kukri) is used during the sacrificial ceremonies to chop the head of baby buffalo or goats.
