The EGKH Bowie Defender was born out of customer requests for a EGKH Bowie with Guard and added Gut hook. It retains the true forward curved blade for chopping. The side of the blade has a slight fuller to reduce friction when chopping. This knife is full tang that extends past the handle. Lanyard hole was added for those that prefer a Lanyard Hole. A Belt Loop was added for that that want to hang it on a back pack or other mode of carry such as drop carry – limited by your imagination. Large leather strap wraps the middle to allow horizontal carry. Ready for anything that comes its way, the eleven-inch Bowie Defender Extreme hunting knife features varying blade edges to make sure the job gets done.
