Our flour/meal is pressed from excellent quality milk thistle seed:
Presence of Silymarin (active ingredient of the milk thistle herb) 4- 4.2% per 100 g -
Natural and raw product, without additives, preservatives, impurities.
Application: 1-3 tablespoons per day.
May be taken with water, yogurt, juice, honey or other sweetener, due to silymarin's typically bitter taste
