DOSAGE
Bronchipret TI should be taken 3 times a day using the cup provided. Dosage by age is given below.
Age / Dose, ml (3 times a day) / Total daily dose
- Children aged 1-5 years / 3.2 ml / 9.6 ml
- Children aged 6-11 years / 4.3 ml / 12.9 ml
- Adolescents and adults 12 years and older / 5.4 ml / 16.2 ml
Swallow Bronchipret TI undiluted. After taking the medicine, drink some liquid (preferably water). Shake well before use! The duration of treatment depends on the course of the disease.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
COMPOSITION
Active substances.
1 g of oral solution (equivalent to 0.89 ml) contains:
150 mg of Thymus vulgaris L. and/or Thymus zygis L., herba (medicinal thyme herb) liquid extract (1:2-2.5). Extraction solvent: 10% (w/w) ammonia solution, 85% (w/w) glycerol, 90% (v/v) ethanol, water (1/20/70/109). 15 mg Hedera helix L., folium (ivy leaf) liquid extract (1:1).
Extraction solvent: 70% (V/V) ethanol.
Excipients are citric acid monohydrate, purified water, potassium sorbate, liquid maltitol, ethanol (96%), hydroxypropyl betadex.
Bronchipret TI contains ethanol and maltitol. 5.4 ml of this medicine contains 300 mg of alcohol (ethanol), corresponding to 56 mg/ml (7% w/w).
This amount of alcohol in 5.4 ml of this medicine is equivalent to 8 ml of beer or 3 ml of wine.
