vtg oem goosebumps scareware 3"+ color peel off sticker from 1995

sticker is far from perfect..........but is rare and should still stick to a flat smooth surface..........this is a bumper sticker type quality item..........has wrinkles and other issues as seen in the photos........the wrinkles ought to flatten when it is applied to a surface..........
