Slow Mag
Action Slow-Mag

For people with stomach ulcers, this oral form of magnesium is the only one that does not expose them to stomach problems when taken.
Reception
Preventively: usually 2 tablets a day (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening). In case of diagnosed magnesium deficiency: adults 6 tablets a day (2 tablets in the morning and 4 tablets in the evening) for 3 weeks, then 3 tablets. in the evening, children over 6 years of age according to doctor's recommendations. The tablets should be swallowed whole and should not be crushed or divided.
Undesirable effects:
Gastrointestinal disorders may occur, including laxative effects.
Composition
1 gastro-resistant tablet contains 535 mg of magnesium chloride hexahydrate, which corresponds to 64 mg of magnesium ions.
