Preparation: Infuse tea bag(s) in 1 cup (250ml) water at 95°C-203°F for 5 minutes. Latte: Infuse 2 tea bags in 1/3 cup (80ml) at 95°C-203°F for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and fill rest of the 2/3 cup (160ml) with milk or dairy alternative.
