Gelling Agent: Gellan Gum
Glazing agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose
Daily consumption
Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times a day
Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day
Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day

Duration of use:
For an optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for 5-6 weeks.
Method of administration:
The capsules "Narum" should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with a drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in case of intolerance to dairy products). You can also open the capsule and dissolve the contents in the drink.
Storage conditions:
Store in a cool place at a temperature not exceeding + 10° C, out of the reach of children. It can be stored at room temperature during transportation. Packaging technology and a special manufacturing process guarantee the viability of probiotic bacteria and their appropriate dosage when transported outside of refrigerated conditions.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use after the expiry date.
